Home Depot Webscrape
Home Depot was our biggest competitor and to stay competitive with prices we would have to regularly adjust our prices based on their sales. This script automated comparing prices, it reads an excel file with the model numbers and compares our price and our competitors/Home Depot price for hundreds of items. Saved the company days of manual work.
Tech: MongoDB Node/Express Stack
JavaScript Stack Cloud Site
Using MongoDB for DB and the Node framework, Express, as server handling backend such as authentication as well as frontend using EJS templates. Practiced cloud deployment, hosted on Heroku and also using Mongo Atlas as a cloud based Database.

I got interested in Dev-Ops / Stack Development and found tools like Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc. Used it to setup server, reverse proxies, honeypots, vlans, firewalls, 2 factor authentication, and other security features using Dev-Ops tools. Pictured above is my reverse proxy for downloading movies behind a containered vpn.
